JIMMY MOORE'S LETTER TO SANTA
Topics: General

This story came from a book The Christmas Messengeredited and prepared by Van B. Hooper. It was published by the The Ideals Publishing Company in Milwaukee, WI.
My grandmother received the book for Christmas 1944 from her sister. I was five years old and she would read stories to all the grand children every year. I loved the stories and poems so much that upon her passing I asked the family if I could have it. I do not believe that anyone else loved or appreciated the book as much as I do. Through the years for my children and grand children I have read to them at Christmas. Now that they are grown and no longer care to sit around listening to me read, I get the book and read the stories and poems I have heard and read for years.
I hope that you will enjoy some of the stories I will be putting on the site for the next few days.
