Topics: On The Road AgainRoy and Sylvia will be traveling to Tallahassee next month.
The next MCIC AB meetings will be held at the FDLE Headquarters building located at 2331 Phillips Road, Tallahassee, Florida on May 7 & 8, 2007. The Committee meetings will be held on Monday, May 7, 2007, in the FDLE Classrooms starting at 9:00 and the Formal Board meeting on Tuesday, May 8, 2007, in the FDLE Classrooms on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. with a working lunch and will conclude at approximately 4:00 p.m.

I just found out today that this man molested my cousin when he(Stowell) was a teacher in Germany. My cousin was 13 at the time. That was about 25 years ago. I can't even imaging the children he has hurt since then. Now he has been stopped but the years of damage has been done. My cousin is not longer with us. After the molestation, this began his slide into depression, drugs and alcohol which eventually took his life. Rest in peace Lum. We miss you!
