72-Year-Old Busted on Child Porn Charges

TAMPA A multiagency task force including the FBI arrested a 72-year-old Tampa man on Sunday, charging him with receiving or possessing child pornography.

Roger Stowell, of 4808 Wynwood Drive, was held without bail at Orient Road Jail on Monday. The FBI said authorities met Stowell at Tampa International Airport on Sunday, where he had returned from Lima, Peru. He had images of child pornography in his possession, the FBI said.
